Meet the Executive Team

Jon Haug, Vice President

Jon has spent his entire career in the construction industry. Over the past 24 years he has worked his way through the industry learning most aspects of the business. His practical experience includes general foreman, project management, operations, estimating, sales, marketing and pre-construction services. He has a strong background in conceptual and fixed price estimating as well as design construction services. As Vice President, Jon has overall responsibility for providing the critical services related to cost estimating, design implementation, value analysis, schedule input and material, method analysis. Jon has spent the last nine years helping Midstate develop its design and preconstruction services.

Jon is a LEED accredited professional who continues to develop his knowledge in the industry. A member of the Alliance for Construction Excellence (ACE), he served on the Subcontractor Committee and was instrumental in the development of the Subcontractor Qualification criteria for selecting Design Build and CM at Risk subcontractors. Jon currently serves on the Design-Assist Task Force.
