Meet the Executive Team

Joe Berg, Executive Vice President

Joe is a proven sales and operations executive with substantial experience in the development and management of business to business service organizations. As Executive Vice President, Joe is responsible for managing employees directly accountable for the redemption of the sales revenue, cost and operating income plans for Midstate’s services and specialty projects.

Joe has over 15 years of experience in the comprehensive energy services, facility services, HVAC, and mechanical contracting industries. Joe started his career as an owner operator of a performance-based mechanical services firm, then moved to a position as Facilities Engineering and Utility Systems Manager for a major healthcare HMO organization. He spent five years with Honeywell as the Western United States Director of Engineering and Program Management. In that capacity he had leadership responsibility for the development and implementation of over $250 million in energy services and performance contracting projects annually.
