Meet the Executive Team
Jerry Reed, President
Jerry Reed currently serves as the President of Midstate Mechanical overseeing all facets of the construction operations. In addition,
he is responsible for all corporate functions including managing, human resources, information technology, risk management, sales,
marketing and enhancing safety and quality programs.
Having hands-on experience in a wide range of project types from healthcare,
education, water/wastewater plants to hospitality and office buildings gives
Jerry the background to oversee Midstate's presence in the Southwest.
During his career Jerry has been a business owner, and held a variety of positions including project manager,
estimator, vice president of sales, operations and president. He has more than 39 years experience in the construction
field and has focused on a broad spectrum of markets. A strong leader with the ability to identify and resolve problems,
foster consensus and cohesion for achievement of common goals.
Jerry plays an active role in the industry and has served on the board of Arizona Builders Alliance and Associated Builders & Contractors.
