Meet the Executive Team

Doug Colter, Estimating Manager

Doug’s background includes 30 years of experience in mechanical construction. His work experience includes field management, project management and estimating. Doug’s knowledge includes estimating projects from $50k to $30 million. Prior to joining Midstate, Doug was Senior Estimator for a large mechanical contractor in Portland, Oregon where he estimated commercial, industrial and semi-conductor projects.

Doug serves as the Estimating Manager and oversees the estimating team and resources. He is a current member of the American Society of Professional Estimators and has served as a board member for a number of professional organizations.
